0 grant. The MVP 2. 0 grant is a revamped planning grant opportunity that builds on previously developed resilience priorities.
The MVP 2. 0 process focuses on equity and uses new tools and resources to build local and regional resilience to climate change. Communities with MVP plans dated between June and December of 2018 will receive priority consideration for funding this round.
