Bi-Annual Grant | Alzheimer's Foundation of America Music therapy program at Alzheimer’s Community Care in West Palm Beach, FL, supported by a 2019 Bi-Annual Grant. Our Bi-Annual membership grants deliver funding for programs and services that help further AFA’s mission of providing support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide.
Each grant award is $6,000. Grants are awarded twice a year. 2026 application deadlines: Spring Cycle-Friday, March 20, 2026 5:00pm EST Fall Cycle-Friday, September 25, 2026 5:00pm EST Download the grant application Completed applications must be submitted electronically via email to grants@alzfdn.
org on or before the indicated deadline dates. Organizations applying for the Bi-Annual Grant may contact AFA at 866-232-8484 if they have questions. “Please DO NOT submit grant proposals earlier than 30 days before the deadline.
