Mutual of America's Community Partnership Award

Mutual of America's Community Partnership Award is a grant from the Mutual of America Foundation that recognizes outstanding U.S. nonprofit organizations demonstrating exemplary leadership in facilitating cross-sector partnerships for community benefit.

The annual national competition honors partnerships between public, private, and social sector leaders working as equal partners to build cohesive communities and address significant social issues. Awards include the Thomas J. Moran Award for partnerships improving lives at scale, the Frances R.

Hesselbein Award for multi-community impact, and the Social Impact Award for programs with high replication potential. Since its inception in 1996, the program has recognized 271 partnerships. Eligible applicants are U.S. nonprofit organizations.

The Social Impact Award is presented to a partnership whose program is making a positive difference in its community, and has the potential to scale to increase its impact. Since its inception in 1996, the Community Partnership Award has recognized 271 partnerships from cities and towns across America.
