(FR) Dans un contexte où l’accès à l’électricité demeure limité pour une grande partie de la population congolaise, le Fonds Mwinda intègre une Fenêtre Catalytique et d’Assistance Technique conçue pour renforcer l’écosystème des mini-réseaux en République Démocratique du Congo.
Lancé en 2021 sous l’égide de l’ANSER, avec l’appui de l’UCM pour le périmètre urbain, le Fonds dispose d’une enveloppe initiale de 65 millions de dollars destinée à soutenir l’introduction de solutions énergétiques décentralisées innovantes, la structuration de projets en phase initiale et l’expansion vers des zones insuffisamment desservies.
Grâce aux subventions catalytiques, à l’appui à la préparation de projets, aux mécanismes de co-investissement et à l’assistance technique ciblée, cette fenêtre vise à réduire les obstacles à l’entrée, à accompagner les développeurs vers la bancabilité et à favoriser une électrification durable et inclusive.
