NACME partners with like-minded entities to provide scholarships, resources, and opportunities for high-achieving students pursuing careers in engineering and computer science. By supporting their academic endeavors and professional development, NACME produces well-qualified candidates that meet today’s urgent hiring demands for more STEM talent.
Types of Scholarships offered (tuition awards with paid internships) (incoming college freshman awards with summer programming) NACME partners with like-minded entities to provide scholarships, resources, and opportunities for high-achieving students pursuing careers in engineering and computer science.
By supporting their academic endeavors and professional development, NACME produces well-qualified candidates that meet today’s urgent hiring demands for STEM talent. Types of Scholarships offered (tuition awards with paid internships) (incoming college freshman awards with summer programming) NACME is responsible for over $5 million in scholarships awarded annually to engineering and computer science students.
NACME supports approximately 1,000 students annually.
To be eligible for any of the NACME administered scholarships students must either be a high school senior, within one year of graduating from high school, or matriculating at a community college with the intent to pursue an engineering or computer science program at a NACME Partner Institution, or be currently matriculating in an engineering or computer science program at a NACME Partner Institution, a US citizen or permanent resident, and meet the minimum GPA requirements of the relevant scholarship.
NACME's mission is to increase investment in the domestic workforce.
NACME Renewable Scholarships (Nominated scholarships funded by both corporate sponsors and partner institutions that align with research objectives) NACME Named Corporate Scholarship (Receive a one-time $5,000 tuition scholarship award that comes with the additional benefit of a paid internship) Scholarships that supports first time entry to a four-year bachelor’s program in engineering or computer science (Family Endowments, Foundations, Government Agencies, Special Programs, and Other Scholarships) For more information about NACME’s Scholarship Programs please send your inquiry to scholarships@nacme.
