This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) seeks a National Fund Manager (NFM) to design and manage a fund that will pool public and private capital to reduce residential lead exposure and improve housing-related health conditions in low-income communities.
This notice is not a mechanism to fund existing NWS awards.
