The Native American Homeowner Initiative (NAHI) Grant is available to Alaska Native and American Indian homebuyers across the State of Alaska!
This is a $25,000 grant (per household) that can be used for your down payment, closing costs, and prepaid expenses of your home purchase. Home$tart is a $15,000 grant (per household) that can be used for your down payment, closing costs, and prepaid expenses of your home purchase across Alaska! Cook Inlet Lending Center will help determine your eligibility for the NAHI program.
Our Homebuyer Assistance Officer will help guide you through the process and help you understand the requirements. Complete the eligibility questionnaire below to begin the process.
