NC LINKS Program is sponsored by North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. The North Carolina Foster Care Independence Program (NC LINKS) is a state-funded program designed to help young adults who have experienced foster care successfully transition to adulthood.
It provides support and resources to youth who are either currently in foster care or who have aged out of the system, including financial assistance, case management, and access to resources for education, employment, and housing.
