The NCAAA provides senior assistance through grants and funding under Title III of the Older Americans Act through the Department of Rehabilitation Services.

(NCAAA) mission is to provide aging resources to help enhance the quality of life for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their caregivers in North Central Connecticut by ensuring that they have access to quality and cost-effective services.

For 40 years and counting, NCAAA has provided financial assistance to agencies serving older residents of North Central Connecticut as well as respite care services, long term care services, and aging resources directly to consumers.

NCAAA provides aging resources to 20,000 – 35,000 clients annually, and we are recognized as an agency that delivers strong programs with limited resources and that effectively partners with others in the Aging Network.

This website is supported by the Administration for Community Living (ACL), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of 2 financial assistance awards totaling $988,164 with 100 percent funding by ACL/HHS.
