NCS is proud to offer grant opportunities to help make the Annual Meeting accessible to more members of our community. Applications are currently being reviewed for the Travel Grant Award program for the 24 th Annual Meeting, taking place October 20-23, 2026, in Seattle Washington.
The Travel Grant Award program will provide grants to NCS members who would have otherwise not attended the meeting, particularly first-time attendees. Submissions are closed. Grant recipients will be notified in August.

If you are not a member, learn more about joining NCS today . Twenty-five (25) $1,000 grants will be awarded. The travel grant is needs-based and does not require an abstract submission.
However, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract to the meeting. The travel grant can be used for annual meeting registration, workshop registration and/or travel expenses. Awardees must register for and attend the 24 th NCS Annual Meeting.
Open to all neuroscience critical care nurses, advanced practice nurses, pharmacists, residents/fellows, students and international (resource-limited countries) physicians (MD, DO, RN, PhD, PharmD, mid-level practitioners, fellows, residents and students). The applicant must be a current member of NCS. The applicant must be currently working in neuroscience/critical care.
