Neighborhood Business Alliance Grants is sponsored by City of Phoenix. These grants are awarded to business alliances listed on Neighborhood Link to assist with projects, programs, or to establish the alliance's identity, benefiting community and economic development.

html\">Human Services</a> (HSD) and Housing departments receive federal funding, through the <a href=\"https://www. hud. gov/\">U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development</a> (HUD), to support programs that revitalize neighborhoods, provide homeless assistance, social services and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents.

</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n"}}" id="text-8d7e078527" class="cmp-text"> The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services (NSD), Human Services (HSD) and Housing departments receive federal funding, through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to support programs that revitalize neighborhoods, provide homeless assistance, social services and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income Phoenix residents.

The city receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and the Housing Opportunities For Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) funding to provide these programs to the community.

CDBG grant funds, administered by NSD, can support enhancement and infrastructure projects in eligble neighborhoods in partnership with neighborhood and Block Watch groups, and different city departments. These grants help address the needs in neighborhoods on low- and moderate-income areas. To propose a potential enhancement and/ infrastructure update project, please email nsd.

cip@phoenix. gov . Neighborhood Business Alliance Grants Businesses build alliances to achieve strategic objectives that could benefit a commercial corridor within a neighborhood.

The alliance allows for the sharing of knowledge and resources; supports the creation of a strong identity for the business corridor; and encourages the growth of the neighborhood economy. The Neighborhood Business Alliance Grants are awarded to business alliances listed on Neighborhood Link.

Business Alliances may be awarded up to $5,000 to assist with a proposed project, program or to establish the alliiance's identity that will benefit the community and economic development. Business Alliances interested in applying for grants should connect with their Neighborhood Specialist.

Love Your Block Neighborhood Grants Neighborhood and Block Watch groups listed with NSD's Neighborhood LINK can apply for a grant up to $5,000 to implement a project that will be beneficial to their neighborhood. This granting opportunity is funded by a grant form the Gila River Indian Community and the Phoenix Public Works Department.
