Neighborhood Matching Fund - Neighborhoods | seattle. gov Neighborhood Matching Fund The Neighborhood Matching Fund (NMF) provides funding for neighborhood projects that are developed and carried out by community members. Every NMF award is matched by the community through volunteer time, donated supplies and materials, in-kind professional services, and/or cash.

If your project focuses on civic education or helping people engage with local government, you may still be eligible for Government 101 funding through Small Sparks.

Within four weeks from award notification date Neighborhood Matching Fund hosts a series virtual workshops to assist community organizations and neighborhood groups interested in getting funding for their ideas.
