The $15,000 may go towards: buy down of the interest rate payoff, up to $5,000, of eligible installment debt The program also features free post purchase support including: one year free home warranty, free will, two housing counseling sessions and up to $1,500 Emergency Reserve Fund. To qualify for NeighborhoodLIFT, the i ncome of the prospective borrower cannot exceed $71,920 .
Borrowers must work with a NeighborhoodLIFT approved lender: First Citizens Community Bank, Fulton Bank, Quaint Oak Bank, Univest, Wells Fargo, or WSFS Bank.
