An endowment to support HomeTown Competitiveness activities related to leadership, youth and entrepreneurship. To help raise funds to support the planning, construction, and furnishing of a community center in Nemaha, Nebraska.
Project costs which may be funded by this Account include feasibility studies; architectural, design and engineering costs; construction costs; furnishings and equipment; and, to the extent funds remain, operations and/or establishment of a quasi-endowment to support Project.
If the Project does not proceed, the contributions raised will be used for either refurbishment of a property to be used as a community center or improvements to the Village-owned park. Nemaha County Future Fund Performing Arts Account The purpose of this account is to support and promote the performing arts in Nemaha county.
Investment earnings from the quasi-endowment are used to support and promote the performing arts including, but not limited to, stage and sound equipment, workshops, advertising events, school activities related to the performing arts, facility improvements, etc..
If and when efforts resume to build a performing arts center in Nemaha County, the funds (including the principal) can be used to build, maintain and operate a performing arts center. Northeast Nemaha County Long Term Recovery Group Account The purpose of this account is to raise grants and contributions to support the charitable activities of the Northeast Nemaha County Long Term Recovery Group (LTRG).
The mission of the Northeast Nemaha County Long-term Recovery Group is to bring constituents together to build relationships, coordinate efforts, communicate needs, and pursue funding to rebuild and strengthen the City of Peru and the surrounding region following the 2019 floods and other potential disasters. Peru Cemetery Sidewalk Account To support the maintenance of the public sidewalk leading to the entrance of the Mt.
Vernon Cemetery in Peru, Nebraska. This sidewalk gives hikers a panoramic view of the Missouri River valley in this historic community. A permanent account whose assets are invested to generate an ongoing source of income year after year.
