The npower Business Solutions Foundation is a new fund to help create stronger, greener and more sustainable local communities. If you’re a not-for-profit or educational institution that’s at least two years old and based within a 50-mile radius of their two offices in Solihull and Leeds, then you're eligible.

The application has three levels of funding bands available - up to a maximum grant of up to £100,000 , depending on the size and turnover of your organisation - that could help you accelerate positive action. Severn Trent Community Fund The Severn Trent Community Fund is supporting local charities and community groups with £2million a year.

There are applications for new projects as well as for core funding, with different eligibility criteria. National Lottery Community Fund The National Lottery Community Fund distributes over £600m a year to communities across the UK, raised by players of The National Lottery .

Here there are many different funding programmes to choose from. Heart of England Regional Grants Heart of England are the Community Foundation for the West Midlands and Warwickshire. As the leading, independent grant making foundation in the region they have proudly awarded over £40 million to over 8,000 great causes since 1995.

They have a range of available funding programmes for communities in Coventry, with a range of eligibility criteria. You can also get in touch with their grants team for advice and support on which programmes are best for your project.

The Stobart Sustainability Fund The Stobart Sustainability Fund is aimed at supporting community-led sustainability projects and initiatives lead by non-profit organisations, community groups and educational facilities, to help them transform their local community through projects that tackle climate change, reduce carbon emissions, or protect and enhance the environment.

Stobart welcomes applications that are of a green, ecological or sustainability nature with the project benefiting the environment. Apply here if you have a green initiative or project that needs help with funding. Veolia Environmental Trust Veolia Environmental Trust is providing grants of up to £75,000 to not-for-profit organisations, local authorities and Environmental Bodies in England.
