This Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action (RIA) funds projects that develop innovative artificial intelligence (AI) approaches to transform human-machine collaboration in advanced manufacturing. The focus is on AI systems that enhance workforce flexibility, knowledge capture, upskilling, and inclusion, with adaptive interfaces and real-time feedback.
Proposals should address human-AI co-learning, natural interaction models, and interfaces accommodating diverse abilities and cultural backgrounds. Integrating gender perspectives, mitigating bias, and upholding ethical principles in AI design are mandatory.
