New Technology Implementation Grant Program (NTIG) is sponsored by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The NTIG program offers grants statewide on a competitive basis to implement new technologies that reduce emissions of pollutants from facilities and other stationary sources in Texas.
This includes oil and gas projects that reduce emissions from upstream, midstream, and downstream activities through replacement, repower, or retrofit of stationary compressor engines; installation of systems to reduce or eliminate loss of gas, flaring, or burning of gas; and installation of systems to reduce flaring and other site emissions.

25, This is a competitive grant based on criteria described in the Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) below. Determine if you are eligible Individuals, state and local governments, corporations, or any Up to 50% reimbursement for the eligible project types below.
New Technologies to Reduce Emissions from Stationary Sources Projects that target criteria pollutants, hazardous air pollutants, and other pollutants regulated by the federal Clean New Technologies for Oil and Gas Projects Projects that reduce emissions from upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas industry activities, including production, completions, gathering, storage, processing, transmission, and refining, such as: Replacing, repowering, or retrofitting compressor engines.
Installing systems to minimize gas loss, flaring, or Electricity Storage Projects Projects storing electricity generated from renewable energy projects of current grantees applications selected for funding during the prior grant Review documents to ensure eligibility Review the proposal instructions and complete a proposal Proposals must include a substantial implementation plan that: maximizes the likelihood that the technology will be implemented in Texas as soon as practicable; and demonstrates the applicant's ability to operate and maintain the grant-funded technology for the duration of the contract, including the five-year operation period.
