RFP 0311- Companion Animal Capital Projects Fund | Agriculture and Markets RFP 0311- Companion Animal Capital Projects Fund RFP 0311- Companion Animal Capital Projects Fund The Department invites eligible municipal and incorporated not-for-profit pounds, shelters and humane societies to submit proposals for funding consideration from the Companion Animal Capital Projects Fund.
Grant funds are available for the costs of capital projects, including construction, renovation, rehabilitation, installation, acquisition or expansion of buildings, equipment or facilities necessary for the secure containment, health, and adequate care of sheltered dogs and cats.

Faxed, mailed or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. Note: the deadline for proposals for this RFP has been extended from January 29, 2024 to February 5, 2024.
