LGBTQ+ Mini-Grant Program by Destination Tomorrow LGBTQ+ Mini-Grant Program New York State LGBTQ+ Mini-Grant Program Beginning July 17, 2026 , eligible New York State-based organizations can apply for up to $15,000 to support innovative, community-driven programs that improve health equity for 🏳️🌈 LGBTQI+ communities.
We especially encourage applications from small and grassroots organizations , BIPOC-led organizations , multilingual agencies , M/WBEs , and organizations serving communities that have historically experienced barriers to resources and opportunity. We're seeking projects that address Social Determinants of Health, including: Join us in advancing community-led solutions that strengthen 🏳️🌈 LGBTQI+ communities across New York State.
