NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement (OSTEM) is committed to preparing students for aerospace careers by engaging them through real-world, industry-aligned opportunities. To prepare students for aerospace careers through investments and experiences that strengthen research capacity, build technical expertise, and expand reach in alignment with NASA missions and needs.
To establish an ecosystem across education, industry, and government with a well prepared talent pool equipped with the skills and experiences needed to enable future NASA missions and advance the nation’s aerospace workforce. 1.
