NextGen Mentoring Program

NextGen Mentoring Program is sponsored by SCTE Foundation. An SCTE Foundation initiative designed to empower rising technical talent across the broadband industry by matching participants with experienced mentors from across SCTE’s global community.

NextGen Student Programs - NextGen Cyber Talent NextGen Candidate Programs NextGen Cyber Talent conducts a cohort every month to educate and train underserved, and diverse talents in Cybersecurity, risk, and compliance domains.

You will receive a certification at the end of the successful completion of the program and we will also help you find an internship or a full-time job opportunity within our partners, sponsors, or other enterprise organizations. The NextGen Cyber Grant program provides students who have enrolled or completed an eligible cybersecurity course or a certification an opportunity to submit a grant application for reimbursement.

Eligible cybersecurity courses or certification costs will be reimbursed for the candidates upon completion of the grant application. We are currently accepting applications from Bay Area Community colleges to apply for our Grant program. To start the application process, click on the Sign-Up button to apply.

NextGen Cyber Talent’s Mentoring program aims to foster mentoring relationships where members can empower each other to realize their full potential, create personal space for reflection and self-awareness, and gain a deeper understanding of the areas they need to develop and improve as an individual.

Mentee must drive the relationship Time commitment of a minimum of 25 hrs. to a maximum of 60 hrs.
