Youth Football Access & Support 2025 Social Responsibility Annual Report All Categories Health & Safety Youth Football Social Justice Matching Grants Donations Community NFL Foundation Player Matching Grants are designed to provide nonprofit organizations or schools and youth football organizations with funding of up to $5,000 per grant, on behalf of a current NFL Player or NFL Legend (i.e., former player) that has contributed to the organization.
Youth Football Camp Grants Through this program, grants are awarded to free, non-contact youth football clinics and camps organized by current and former NFL players and coaches.
Through the Player Foundation Grant program, the NFL Foundation recognizes and supports the charitable work of current and former NFL players' non-profit organizations that either fund and implement programs; or function as grant-making foundations to other charitable organizations.
NFL Club Community Grants Grants are provided to each of the 32 NFL teams to support the implementation of the league’s national initiatives throughout the year in local team markets. NFL Club Matching Grants Program Provides NFL clubs with matching funds to support youth and high school football needs and opportunities in their respective markets.
Addressing Digital Divide and Access to Mental Health in Underserved Communities Grant The NFL Foundation will provide up to $10,000 per team to address barriers to opportunity in two key areas of social justice impact: the digital divide and mental health. Clubs can address either (or both) of these issues with these funds.
The CPR Education Grant represents a versatile opportunity to create and further support our nationwide CPR education and AED access. The goal is to prevent fatal outcomes from sudden cardiac arrest among high school athletes. Nike Youth Football Grant Through an expanded partnership with Nike, the NFL and NFL Foundation are able to provide up to $45,000 per club to activate in a variety of youth and high school spaces.
NFL High School Football Coach of the Week Provides NFL clubs with funds to recognize local high school coaches who demonstrate hard work and dedication to their football programs.
Don Shula NFL High School Football Coach of the Year The Don Shula NFL High School Coach of the Year award honors high school football coaches that display the integrity, achievement, and leadership exemplified by the winningest coach in NFL history, Don Shula. Provides grants to Hawaiian nonprofit organizations to benefit the state beyond the Pro Bowl game.
Recipient organizations must be dedicated to serving youth in the state of Hawaii. Youth Education Towns (YETs) are the education enrichment centers that serve as legacies in Super Bowl host cities. This program supports established YETs in cities across the country.

CFNF Helping Today, Shaping Tomorrow Grant is a grant from the Community Foundation of North Florida that funds nonprofits addressing pressing challenges with programs and services of lasting impact in Florida's Big Bend region.
