National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute ( NHLBI ) The purpose of this Notice is to inform the biomedical research community of the availability of forms to request Helium-3 for FY 2027 that is intended for medical research (such as hyperpolarized MRI). Requests are being accepted now through July 10, 2026.
