NJPCC Foundation - NJ Pride Chamber New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce Foundation NJPCC has launched the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, to drive a meaningful, measurable, and lasting impact for LGBTQ+ communities across the Garden State.
The New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce Foundation will focus on advancing the following designated priorities: Serve individuals, children and families who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and other gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations; Support LGBTQ+ youth to be stable, secure, and college & career ready; and Invest in small businesses.
Individuals, families, businesses, employees, foundations, and corporations are encouraged to make a difference for the LGBTQ+ community by making a tax-deductible contribution to the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce Foundation, with the first grants and scholarships to be distributed in 2023. NJPCC is committed to investing in the LGBTQ+ small business community in New Jersey, and the Nicholas Business Small Business Visionary Grant will seek to award two $10,000 grants annually. NJPCC Young Entrepreneur Scholarship One of the tenets of the New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce is to support LGBTQ+ youth to be stable, secure, and college- and career-ready.
The NJPCC Young Entrepreneur Scholarship is designed for an undergraduate student attending any New Jersey-based college or university who is pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship (this includes undergraduate programs that may only offer Entrepreneurship as a minor, “concentration” or certificate). The NJPCC Young Entrepreneur Scholarship will seek to award two $2,500 scholarships annually.
NJPCC Community Impact Fund The New Jersey Pride Chamber of Commerce understands that business owners and professionals must frequently make decisions on how best to allocate their often-limited resources in order to grow.
The NJPCC Community Impact Fund is designed to remove the financial obligation of becoming an NJPCC Member, so that small business owners and professionals can be involved with the organization without having to cut funding to other investments in their professional development.
This Fund will ensure that all LGBTQ+ and allied business owners and professionals will have equitable access to NJPCC Membership and all that the organization has to offer, including LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE) certification, educational events, networking opportunities, and a wide range of other business and professional development resources.
