The NoMi Water Bill Assistance Program offers emergency assistance to eligible City of North Miami residents on a first-come, first-served basis, helping to cover past due utility payments (including water, sewer, stormwater, and/or sanitation) due to financial hardship. Emergency assistance funds are intended to help families resolve their situation after they have used their own resources.
Eligibility Criteria for Assistance: Must reside in the City of North Miami Must be two or more billing cycles behind on their average utility bill Must demonstrate financial hardship Proof of economic hardship Valid picture identification Proof of residency in North Miami (does not apply to accounts outside the city) This is a one-time payment per household, per North Miami address The NoMi Water Bill Assistance Program provides emergency assistance to the eligible City of North Miami residents on a first come, first serve basis to make past due utility payments for water and sewer as a result of the financial difficulties of the family.
