For HOA communities, the grant allows for projects with a total cost up to $15,000 and requires a 50% match from the neighborhood organization. For non-HOA communities, the grant allows for projects with a total cost up to $15,000 and does not require a match from the neighborhood organization. Neighborhood organizations may only receive one grant every two years.
