Nonprofit Security Grant | Wisconsin Emergency Management The Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) provides funding support for target hardening and other physical security enhancements and activities to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of terrorist attack. The intent is to integrate nonprofit preparedness activities with broader state and local preparedness efforts.
It is also designed to promote coordination and collaboration in emergency preparedness activities among public and private community representatives, as well as state and local government agencies. All application packages must be submitted via email to NSGP@widma. gov .
A complete application package will include an Investment Justification (IJ – must be in original format), Vulnerability Assessment, and a Mission Statement (on letterhead). NSGP 2026 applications are due by 11:59pm on 7/15/2026. Please contact NSGP@widma.

California State Nonprofit Security Grant Program (CSNSGP) is a grant from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services that funds target hardening and security enhancements for nonprofit organizations at high risk for violent attacks and hate crimes due to their ideology, beliefs, or mission.
