Supportive Housing Development Programs | NCHFA The Agency will be mailing annual privacy notices between July 20 and August 17. This is a required notice and no action is necessary or required.
Supportive Housing Development Programs Supportive Housing Development Program-Veterans (SHDP-Veterans) New for the 2026 cycle, SHDP-Veterans financing is available for acquisition, rehabilitation, and/or new construction of emergency, transitional, or permanent housing serving veterans who are homeless or imminently at risk of homelessness. The housing must serve households who earn below 50% of area median income.
Rent and utilities cannot exceed 30% of the gross household income.
