The program provides personalized support, expert advice, data-driven insights, and customized solutions for each county that participates. Who can use these services? Any official representative of a North Dakota county, including County Engineers, Auditors, Superintendents, Elected Officials, Administrators, etc. How do I know what projects are eligible for grants?
That’s why we’re here! We will help review your projects or Capital Improvement Plans, identify projects that require grant funding, research available grants, and provide eligibility requirements and information on how and where to apply. Is there a fee to participate?
Consulting, project identification, and grant research are provided free-of-charge to any North Dakota County that inquires. What types of projects can you help with? Almost anything – there are countless local, state, and federal grants available ranging from roads and infrastructure, utilities, water and wastewater, economic development community planning, and much more!
If you have a project, there is a good chance that we can find a grant that supports it. What if I need more help? If you need more help after identifying projects and qualifying grants, we can provide grant writing services and/or ongoing grant management support with a separate agreement and fee.

California State Nonprofit Security Grant Program (CSNSGP) is a grant from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services that funds target hardening and security enhancements for nonprofit organizations at high risk for violent attacks and hate crimes due to their ideology, beliefs, or mission. Awards of up to $200,000 per organization are available, with $76 million allocated in the latest funding round. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in California. Funded activities include physical security improvements and vulnerability assessments to protect against threats. FY 2026 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) – Mississippi is a grant from the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security (MOHS) that funds local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency operations agencies for homeland security preparedness. FEMA-provided funds can be used for equipment, training, exercises, and supplies to protect against terrorism and other threats. The FY26 application deadline is Friday, April 3, 2026, and applications are submitted via the MOHS JotForm portal. National priorities require allocating at least 10% toward border crisis response and 3% toward election security. A novel provision in the May 29 OMB rewrite of 2 CFR Part 200 requires recipients of federal financial assistance to apply viewpoint-neutral terms to event services on any property they control — regardless of whether the event is federally funded. The provision lands hardest on the 3,069 county governments, the research universities that hold dispersed campus venues, and the community-based nonprofits that own meeting space. Comment deadline July 13, effective October 1. The defensive posture before then is the same regardless of how the final rule narrows scope.
