PCDA Funding and Reporting Resources | Baltimore City Error Enter a word or phrase to search Fiscal Year 2028 Pimlico Local Impact Aid Information The Baltimore City Department of Planning welcomes community partners and agencies to submit funding requests for Pimlico Local Impact Aid, also known as “slots funding” or “casino revenue.
” Pimlico Local Impact Aid can be used for a wide variety of community development projects in the area around Pimlico Racetrack, including infrastructure improvements; facilities; public safety; sanitation; economic and community development, including housing; and other public services and improvements.
The Pimlico Community Development Authority advises the Mayor on priorities and the final funding decisions are part of the City budget approval by the Mayor and City Council. The online application form will open for a six-week application period from August 3, 2026 to September 10, 2026.
