Take-off autumn round open for applications | NWO In this autumn round, proposals can be submitted for both feasibility studies and early-stage route. While the content of the call remains largely the same, there are a few changes this autumn round compared to previous editions.
For the instrument 'Take-off phase 2 - Early phase projects WO/HBO/TO2', the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate has made extra budget available for this round. As a result, there is 3. 75 million euros to distribute, meaning that up to 15 start-ups can get a loan to carry out an early-stage route.
The special cluster Commit2data for Phase 1 WO, intended for proposers on themes within Big Data and Analytics, has an increased budget of 520,000 euros. This can fund up to 13 feasibility studies. This will be the last round for this instrument.
The instrument for Phase 1 feasibility studies from TO2 institutions will not be continued.

Academic entrepreneurs, but also start-ups from institutes of higher professional education and start-ups using knowledge from Applied Research Organisations (TO2) can use it to bring their innovative research results to the market.
