In 2018, the Foundation launched a Deep Impact Grantmaking program to establish multi-year partnerships with organizations and communities committed to a “whole family” approach. Family Interest Grantmaking In 2023 and 2024, six issue areas were selected to be championed by the O’Neill family. Family members work in teams to support initiatives and organizations that align with the Foundation’s new mission, vision, and values.
