Solicitations (continuously open) | GSA Countdown to America's 250th Anniversary: Solicitations (continuously open) PSHC officially released the Request for Proposals (RFP) Amendments for the OASIS+ multi-agency contracts (MACs) on SAM. gov. This creates new pathways for agencies to access integrated, best‑in‑class services and increases competition among our industry partners.

Status: As of January 12, 2026, all six solicitations are open and will remain continuously open to accept proposals until further notice. Scope: The OASIS+ program is accepting proposals under the 13 total domains across all OASIS+ solicitations. View the list of domains, related scope areas, and associated NAICS codes .

Systems: OASIS+ utilizes the Symphony Procurement Suite , (OASIS+ Submission Portal, or OSP) for proposal submission and evaluation. GSA eBuy will continue to be used for task order solicitations. Continuously Open Solicitation and “Rolling” admissions No closing date: GSA will maintain all six OASIS+ solicitations in an open status indefinitely.

Should GSA determine a need to close any specific domain or solicitation vehicle, the agency will provide public notification with appropriate advance notice. Processing time: Awards will be made on a rolling basis. There is no fixed timeline for award; timelines will vary based on the volume and complexity of proposals received.

Proposals will generally be evaluated in the order they are received, subject to resource availability.
