Get the new 2027 Curriculum KISS Institute for Practical Robotics KISS Institute for Practical Robotics (KIPR) is a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to sparking excitement for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through hands-on robotics programs. At the heart of KIPR’s educational philosophy is a student-led approach, where students take charge of their learning while adults guide as facilitators.
This philosophy is supported by a well-rounded strategy that includes standards-aligned curricula, reusable autonomous robotics kits, and ongoing professional development for educators. By continuously empowering teachers with new skills and resources, we ensure that they have a lasting, day-to-day impact on their students. For over 25 years, KISS Institute for Practical Robotics has empowered students through hands-on robotics.

Botball Educational Robotics Botball is a hands-on robotics competition for middle and high school students where robots run fully autonomous. Build, code, and compete with your team while learning real AI strategies, problem-solving, and engineering — all in a fun, fast-paced environment.
The Junior Botball Challenge program introduces elementary and middle school students to STEM fundamentals through fun, hands-on robotics activities. Developed by teachers for teachers, the program includes full curriculum and professional development to support successful classroom integration.
