OHV Grants (Arizona)

OHV Grants (Arizona) is a program administered by Arizona State Parks and Trails that funds off-highway vehicle recreation projects including trail maintenance, facility construction, law enforcement, and stewardship initiatives.

Created by the Arizona State Legislature, the Off-Highway Vehicle Fund is financed primarily through the sale of OHV Decals required for all off-highway vehicles operating in the state, along with a portion of state motor fuel taxes. Approximately $4,000,000 is available.

This user-funded program invests directly back into the OHV community by supporting trail construction and maintenance, trail facilities, OHV law enforcement patrols in popular recreation areas, and information and education programs promoting safe and ethical OHV use. Eligible applicants include federal, state, county, and local governments and nonprofit organizations.
