SAM replaces DUNS with UEIs The Federal Government has started the transition from the DUNS number to the new Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number in accordance with <a href=\"https://www. ecfr. gov/current/title-2/subtitle-A/chapter-I/part-25\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"2 CFR Part 25\">2 CFR Part 25</a>.

The National Leadership Grants for Libraries Program (NLG-L) supports projects that address critical needs of the library and archives fields and have the potential to advance practice and strengthen library and archival services for the American public.
