Team On-the-Job Training (OJT) provides funds* to reimburse employers for costs associated with training a prospective or new employee. OJT is ideal for employers who are looking to: * Reduce new hire training costs * Hire staff trained with specialized skills _*50% of wages during the on-the-job training period will be reimbursed to the employer (typically 4-6 weeks).
_ * Do business in Kent, Allegan, Barry, Muskegon, Ottawa, Montcalm or Ionia County * Have been in business for at least one year * Have at least one full-time employee * Be financially sound and current on all state tax obligations Workforce news, tips, resources, and success stories. #### West Michigan Works!
