html) * Report Street Light Outage ## COMMERCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER PROGRAMS Our commercial programs provide incentives to participating service providers that install measures to make non-residential customers more energy efficient and ease the demand on the electric grid.

See if you may be eligible for one of our commercial programs: This includes national or local energy service companies, companies providing energy-related services, retail electric providers and self-sponsors with commercial on-peak demand exceeding 50 kW. This includes national or local energy service companies, retail electric provider and individual customers that identify curtailable load in their own facilities.

This includes any entity that installs eligible solar photovoltaic systems at a customer site with residential or commercial electricity distribution from Oncor. ### What are the incentives for service providers? Independent companies called service providers participate in these programs.

These Service Providers offer various energy-efficiency services based on their expertise. These Service Providers are not obligated to offer their services for no cost or offer all the energy efficient measures listed. Incentive payments from Oncor are paid directly to these Service Providers who pass on the incentive to the customer to help pay for some or all of the energy efficiency improvement.

The amount the customer could possibly pay should be discussed with the Service Provider prior to any work being started and/or completed. Residential service provider program incentives are subject to change yearly. We look forward to a long-term partnership with you and your company.

com ## COMMERCIAL STANDARD OFFER PROGRAM The Commercial Standard Offer Program encourages service providers to offer energy efficiency products and services to the private sector, therefore reducing energy consumption for non-residential customers in the Oncor service area.

## Service Provider Eligibility This program offers incentives to energy efficiency service providers who install eligible energy efficiency measures at a facility with non-residential electricity distribution service provided by Oncor. Service providers that are independent companies/contractors are eligible to participate.

This may include: * National or local energy service companies * National or local companies that provide energy-related services or products * Retail electric providers To be eligible, projects must include: * An Oncor approved Energy Efficiency Measure * $500 minimum savings for Deemed Savings projects, and $10,000 minimum savings for Measurement & Verification (M&V) projects ## How Can I Participate?

Service providers will be required to submit the following information as part of the application process: * A description of the service provider firm, including relevant experience, areas of expertise and references * Evidence of good credit, which may be demonstrated by its credit rating * Proof of applicable insurance, licenses, and permits ## LOAD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM The Commercial Load Management (CLM) Program is designed to reduce demand during the summer peak period in the Oncor service territory in a cost-effective manner and assist in reaching the demand savings goal established by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT).

## Service Provider Eligibility Eligible service providers will identify electric load at commercial customer facilities served by Oncor that can be curtailed during the summer on-peak hours. Transmission-level, for-profit customers are excluded from the program.

Service providers include: * National or local energy service companies * Retail electric providers * Individual customers that identify curtailable load in their own facilities All projects must meet the following requirements: * Each project must include a total estimated demand savings of at least 100 kW during the summer peak period (which consists of the hours from 1 PM to 7 PM, during the months of June, July, August and September, excluding weekends and Federal holidays) * Each project may include multiple electric meters at one or more customer facilities served by Oncor * The curtailable load that is being used in a project will not be used and counted in any other curtailable load or demand response program during the duration of this program * The curtailable load must produce savings through an interruption of electrical consumption during the summer peak period and must be available for the entire summer peak period ## How Can I Participate?

To participate in the CLM Program, service providers must make application to the Program and provide a completed Agreement. To receive incentive payments, the demand savings must show a reduction in electric demand, which is determined through a verification process where Oncor reviews data recorded on electric meters and calculates the amount of demand savings achieved.

For additional information on eligible energy efficiency measures, qualifications requirements, application process and full program details, download the CLM Program Manual or the Technical Resource Manual for Energy Efficiency Programs. ## SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC OPTION The Commercial Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Option offers financial incentives for Oncor customers who install eligible distributed solar energy generating equipment.

This option is designed to make Solar PV incentives available to all commercial customer classes, stimulate investment in and implementation of solar technologies and minimize the burden of measurement and verification (M&V) requirements by offering deemed savings calculations.

## Service Provider Eligibility Any entity meeting the application requirements located in the program manual that installs eligible solar PV systems at a customer site with commercial electricity distribution service from Oncor is eligible to participate in the Commercial-program solar option as a service provider.

Service providers will be required to demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling program objectives and competency in completing the proposed project. ## How Can I Participate? Service providers must follow the following process in order to participate in this program: * Customers work with service providers to determine eligibility and define the technical specifications of a solar electric system suitable for their property.

* The selected service provider completes an application in EEPM, submitting technical details of the proposed system to the Program Manager for review. The program manager reviews the incentive application, and either approves the application or informs the service provider of the reason for denial. Approvals indicate the incentive dollar amount reserved and the period of time the incentive reservation is valid.

* The Service Provider constructs the proposed system, submits an Installation Notice and an Interconnection Agreement, and passes a post-inspection. Oncor sends an incentive check directly to the service provider.
