Section title slogan or statement Mid Oregon Credit Union is pleased to announce our grant program called “One Class at a Time”. One Class at a Time is a joint effort between Mid Oregon Credit Union and News Channel 21 to help fulfill needs of area schools across Central Oregon. The campaign will award $10,000 annually by identifying and funding applications for ten $1,000 classroom projects in the Central Oregon school districts.
Schools must be within Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Wheeler, Lake, or North Klamath County. This will provide greater impact for students and teachers. School teachers, administrators and the general public are encouraged to nominate a classroom by completing the nomination form at www.
ktvz. com/contests . One Class at a Time grant applications will be judged on their merit.
This program allows teachers to incorporate into their projects imaginative ideas and sustainable projects that will have broad impact and ongoing relevance. Field trips and other similar short‐term efforts will likely not be considered. Mid Oregon Credit Union will continue to provide financial literacy materials and classroom presentations for all age groups (including Bite of Reality and other resources) at no cost to you.

Success starts with the willingness to learn Ray Kageler Scholarship for Credit Union Members Members of Oregon credit unions who are currently enrolled in a graduate program may be interested in applying for the Ray Kageler Scholarship.
This scholarship was established in memory of Ray Kageler, one of Oregon’s outstanding credit union leaders. He was active in national, state, and local credit union activities, and was instrumental in getting favorable legislation passed for Oregon credit unions. Any graduate student who is an Oregon credit union member, and is at an accredited institution providing graduate studies, may apply.
