From land acquisition, infrastructure development to business relocation assistance and entrepreneur support, OneGeorgia provides grants and loans for these economic development activities to qualified applicants. Our task at the OneGeorgia Authority is to serve as a financial partner and catalyst in helping our rural communities maintain excellent quality of life advantages while also creating sustainable and diversified economies.

Governing Board & Overview Committee OneGeorgia Authority Application Requirements and Deadlines For OneGeorgia Authority Equity, Site Development , and Workforce Housing Initiative funds, there are application requirements and deadlines. Prior to the submission of a pre-application or application, please reach out to your DCA Regional Representative to schedule an Initial Project Assessment meeting.
This meeting will allow for the determination of program eligibility. Pre-applications are due 30 days before the full application deadline . Please find the pre-application under the funding program.
