At ONEOK, we’re committed to helping to enrich lives and build stronger communities through purposeful investments, employee-driven engagement and meaningful partnerships.
Guided by our core values, we focus on safety, education and local impact to help create more resilient communities where our employees live and work. Our Community Investments team works closely with employees and local organizations to foster relationships and support initiatives that matter.
Whether through financial contributions or volunteerism, we believe investing in our communities because strong communities and strong business go hand in hand. We welcome requests for support, both monetary and volunteer-based, through our online portal. Program guidelines and application links are available in the relevant sections.
At ONEOK, volunteerism is a reflection of our core value of service. Through the Volunteers With Energy (VWE) program, we encourage employees and retirees to actively support their communities. VWE recognizes volunteer efforts and enhances impact through Volunteer Service Gifts, which match eligible volunteer hours with donations to qualified charitable organizations.

ONEOK proudly supports community giving through its Matching Gifts, offering dollar-for-dollar matches for employee and board of directors donations to eligible nonprofits—from $25 to $10,000 annually. Retirees are also eligible, with matches up to $2,500 per year. Matching Gifts Guidelines Employees and retirees can earn Volunteer Service Gifts for the eligible nonprofit organizations they support.
All eligible, recorded volunteer hours—whether through company projects or independent service—count toward earning a grant. With 20 hours, employees qualify for a $250 gift to the eligible nonprofit, redeemable two times a year for a total of $500.
