Billing & Energy Assistance Electric Service Application (NOT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION) Operation Round Up® is supported by the vast majority of MPE's members and is managed by a volunteer board of directors. It has disbursed thousands of dollars to community organizations and individuals. Program participants round their electric bill up to the next dollar, donating their pennies to the fund.

For example, in 2025, member contributions totaled $73,941. 33 and donations to support local families, youth, and seniors totaled $80,540. 35..
