To be eligible the recipient must meet all the annual policies and procedures of the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC).
The SERC OPTE grant application will be available in March and the SERC UWS grant application will be available early April. Both grant expenditure dates are July through June. Operations Planning Training Equipment Grant The SERC OPTE Grant is funded from fees collected from facilities within the State complying with EPCRA, sections 312 through 313.
Eligible LEPCs will receive an automatic $4,000 in the Operation category.
