We strive to accomplish our mission by offering grants to individuals and organizations. The 2026 grant cycle is now open and we are reviewing applications!

Check out our grants below for more information and to apply. Dayna Brunelli Scholorship $25,000 • 10 Grants! Music Drives Us is proud to partner with Maine Public for the 9th Annual Instrument Drive to support music education across Maine.

Throughout the campaign, 10 schools throughout the state of Maine will be selected to receive a grant of up to $2,500 from Music Drives Us! Public and approved independent schools located in Maine are welcome to apply below. Applications will be accepted from May 4 to June 28.

If your grant application is being considered, a member of our team will contact you directly. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we’re unable to provide individual status updates or respond to follow-up inquiries unless your application is under consideration. Do you accept instrument donations?

At this time, Music Drives Us does not accept instrument donations. We truly appreciate the generosity and intention behind wanting to give instruments a second life. While we focus our efforts on providing new instruments through our grant programs, we encourage those looking to donate to connect directly with local community organizations.

Many schools, community centers, churches, and youth programs are often in need of instruments and would greatly benefit from your support. Reaching out to organizations in your area is a wonderful way to ensure your donation makes an immediate and meaningful impact.
