Health Foundation of South Florida We envision a day when every South Floridian has an equal opportunity to achieve optimal health and well-being. South Florida has one of the highest incidence rates of uninsured residents in the United States. We’re bringing together partners and working to change that.

in Grants since inception From projects that pilot new collaborations and outreach tactics to scalable digital health technologies and more, we support projects that increase access to routine and preventive medical care for children and adults. We’re focused on initiatives that advance a collaborative system, across sectors, that enables and facilitates the integration of social needs and health care.
We support projects that help fund, create or protect affordable housing resources across the region, and are working with a number of regional anchor institutions to build a more inclusive local economy.
