It supports organizations and programs that provide pathways to affordable housing or emergency shelter, with a focus on systems change and/or direct service work. Grants are for general operating support and will support shelter capacity growth, facility improvements, safety measures, operations, case management, outreach, and affordable housing development and planning. The program will select ten shelter and ten affordable housing grantees in 2026, with a focus on East Metro and Greater MN/Tribal grantees.
