OUT Georgia Impact Fund Grant Applications Open July 1 - August 1 The OUT Georgia Impact Fund is proud to announce the next round of grant funding to uplift and empower Georgia’s LGBTQIA+ communities. We’re seeking bold, community-driven projects that advance equity, inclusion, and economic opportunity across the state.
If you’re working to make Georgia a more inclusive and thriving place for LGBTQIA+ individuals, we want to hear from you! The OUT Georgia Impact Fund launched in 2021 with a mission to amplify and invest in nonprofit organizations that deliver meaningful, distinct, and measurable impact in the lives of Georgia’s growing LGBTQIA+ community.
Powered by United Way of Greater Atlanta in collaboration with OUT Georgia Business Alliance , Georgia’s LGBTQIA+ and Allied Chamber of Commerce, the Impact Fund is guided by an advisory council to award grants to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that demonstrate excellence , intentionality , consistency , and effectiveness directly impacting LGBTQIA+ individuals, families, or communities across the State of Georgia.
The OUT Georgia Impact Fund aligns with United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Child Well-Being Agenda by focusing on equity to ensure all individuals, families, and communities have opportunities to thrive. Address immediate and long-term barriers related to housing insecurity, food access, transportation, and other critical supports that disproportionately impact LGBTQIA+ communities. Empower LGBTQIA+ individuals, particularly youth and those facing systemic barriers, to explore, prepare for, and succeed in meaningful career pathways.
Support workforce development through skills training, mentorship, career exposure, job placement, and access to education and credentialing opportunities that promote economic mobility. Advance economic empowerment for LGBTQIA+ individuals and families by increasing access to tools and resources that support wealth-building.
Promote financial literacy, asset development, entrepreneurship, and small business growth, while addressing systemic inequities that limit opportunities for long-term financial stability and generational wealth. Promote the physical, mental, and behavioral health of LGBTQIA+ communities by supporting access to inclusive, culturally competent care and wellness resources.
Address health disparities through equitable access to services, prevention, education, and supportive environments that foster holistic well-being. Thanks to your support, we’ve invested $265,000 in LGBTQIA+ serving nonprofit organizations since 2021. You can help continue this impact.

Gwinnett Generative AI for Nonprofits (GAIN) cohort for 2025 is sponsored by United Way of Greater Atlanta, supported by the Gwinnett County Nonprofit Capacity Building Grant Program. This year-long program aims to demystify AI and equip nonprofit leaders with the skills and knowledge to effectively leverage AI within their organizations to streamline operations, enhance data analytics, and personalize engagement.
Generative AI for Nonprofits (GAIN) Program is sponsored by United Way of Greater Atlanta (supported by Gwinnett County Nonprofit Capacity Building Grant Program). The GAIN program is a nine-week intensive lab designed to demystify AI and equip nonprofit leaders serving Gwinnett County with essential skills and knowledge to leverage AI within their organizations.
The SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest is a competitive program from Social Capital Inc. that funds youth-led community improvement projects in Greater Boston. Teams of high school students in grades 9 through 12 residing in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, or Suffolk counties develop project ideas through coaching from local professionals, then pitch their proposals to a live panel of judges. Winning teams receive $1,000 to $2,000 in grant funding to execute their community-strengthening visions. The program builds career skills including public speaking, project management, and team collaboration, while cultivating cross-socioeconomic connections among peers and mentors throughout the region.
The System Innovations Grant (Youth Opportunities Fund) is a multi-year funding opportunity from the Ontario Trillium Foundation that supports collaborative projects working to understand and strengthen systems so they function better for young people. Grants of up to $1,250,000 over five years fund collaboratives of two or more Ontario-based nonprofits aiming to create lasting systemic change that expands opportunities for youth ages 12 to 29, with a particular emphasis on Indigenous, Black, and other racialized youth facing systemic barriers. Eligible applicants are not-for-profit organizations incorporated for at least five years in Ontario with a mandate to serve youth, forming a formal collaborative. Indigenous- and Black-led organizations and collaboratives are prioritized. Applications were due March 11, 2026—check the Ontario Trillium Foundation website for upcoming intake cycles.
