Dear Oklahoma District LCMS Churches, Schools, and RSO’s, Grace and peace to you in Christ. Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 LCEF Outreach Ministry Grants. Through the continued blessings of our Lord, up to $8,000 in grant funding is available to support outreach and evangelism efforts across the Oklahoma District.
Grants will be awarded in amounts up to $500 per congregation, school, or Recognized Service Organization, and matching funds and cooperative efforts are encouraged. These grants are intended to help bring your local outreach ministry to life. Organizations may submit one application describing a specific outreach event or multiple initiatives within that application.
Each application must include a brief (one-page) narrative outlining: Description of the outreach project How members will be involved Anticipated results and how impact will be measured Plans for follow-up with those served Partnerships involved and their contributions Application Deadline: Friday, June 30, 2026 Grant Awards Announced: Monday, July 6, 2026 Apply online using the 2026 LCEF Grant Application link - LCEF Grant Application 2026 Or request a printed copy by contacting Tami Lierz at tami@kslcms.
