Lead Hazard Reduction (LHR) Grant Program is sponsored by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH). This program protects children under the age of six from lead poisoning by assisting eligible jurisdictions in identifying and controlling lead-based paint hazards in privately owned rental and owner-occupied target housing.
