Accessibility improvements, such as ramps and handrails, will also be offered to ensure that residents with mobility challenges can enter or leave their homes safely and independently. Priority funding will be given to seniors, veterans, single parents, and individuals with disabilities.

The program provides financial assistance of up to $25,000 per household for necessary home repairs for eligible homeowners living in Montgomery County. Montgomery County Interest Forms are now being accepted. Once the next Grant is approved, you will be contacted for the full application.

Contract sales are not eligible. Properties cannot be located within a floodway, or a 100-year floodplain.
